All participants, parents, and visitors are expected to:

Respect coaches, staff, and other participants.
Follow all rules and instructions provided by Kentucky Epic Gymnastics.
Refrain from any behavior that may be disruptive or unsafe.

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Participation in gymnastics activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to injury or loss. Kentucky Epic Gymnastics is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during or related to our services or facilities.

8. Media Release
By participating in our programs, you grant Kentucky Epic Gymnastics permission to use photographs, videos, or other media of you or your child for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kentucky Epic Gymnastics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
