At Kentucky Epic Gymnastics, nestled in Nicholasville, KY, we are dedicated to nurturing young athletes ages one to 18 years across all gymnastics apparatuses including floor tumbling, beam, bars, and vault. Our mission is to provide a safe, inspiring environment where every child can develop their skills, confidence, and passion for gymnastics. The Kentucky Epic! Gymnastics Recreational Program is designed for athletes aged 6-18. Following USA Gymnastics guidelines, we focus on teaching fundamental gymnastics techniques across all four women’s gymnastics events (Vault, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, and Floor Exercise), emphasizing progressive skill development, flexibility, muscle conditioning, and basic dance skills essential for success. Our program also prioritizes emotional and mental readiness, ensuring athletes become well-rounded and confident and healthy individuals.
